Louisville Football Association 2012 Registration and Equipment Handout
Are you ready for some football? Louisville Football Association will be holding registration for new and returning players on May 5th and 6th at Miners' Field.
The schedule for Saturday, May 5th registration will be:
- 12 and 13-year-old Pirates
- Returning Players: 9:00-9:30 AM
- New Players: 9:30-10:00 AM
- 11-year-old Pirates
- Returning Players: 10:15-10:45 AM
- New Players: 10:45-11:15 AM
- 10-year-old Pirates
- Returning Players: 11:30 AM-12:00 PM
- New Players: 12:00-12:30 PM
- 7, 8, and 9-year-old Pirates
- Returning Players: 12:45-1:15 PM
- 9-year-old New Players: 1:15-1:45 PM
- 7 and 8-year-old New Players: 1:45-2:15 PM
- Make up for All Age Groups: 2:00-2:30 PM
The schedule for Sunday, May 6th registration will be:
For this season's registration the following paperwork is needed for EVERY Pirate player:
- A completed and signed LFA Registration Form
- A completed and signed LFA Code of Conduct
- A copy of the Player's Birth Certificate - All Players
- A copy of a Proof of Residency (utility bill, lease, etc.) - All Players
- A check for $215 made out to LFA for the 2012 Registration Fees ($225 for non-residents)
- A check for $275 made out to LFA for the 2012 Equipment Deposit
